Returns
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items. To be eligible for a return:

The product must be in its original packaging

It must be returned within 7 days of delivery

It must be unused, undamaged, and sealed
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund request.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product was shipped free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. You may be required to share photographic proof of the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, kindly initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
